IMPORTANT INFORMATION

T- Shirt Deadline: September 20th

Participants must be registered by September 20th to be guaranteed an official STL Cure Sarcoma event T-shirt.

Participants who register by the deadline will receive:

  • Official Event T-shirt

  • Race Bib for Timed Participants

  • STL Cure Sarcoma Drawstring Bag

Logo Deadline: September 20th

Teams that raise $1,000 or more by September 20th are eligible to have their team logo included on the back of the official event T-shirt!

Please keep in mind when submitting your logo:

  • Team logos are printed in one color and at a small size on the back of the shirt. This allows us to recognize and include as many qualifying teams as possible.

  • Because of the smaller print size, simple, bold designs reproduce best. Logos with very fine details, small lettering, gradients, or multiple colors may need to be simplified for printing.

  • Please submit team and sponsor logos by September 20th to: stlcuresarcoma@gmail.com

Virtual Participants

Virtual participant race packets will be mailed Tuesday, October 6th.

Virtual participants can complete their 6K wherever and whenever works best for them!

We do not record official times for virtual participants, so anyone wishing to track their time will be responsible for timing their own 6K.

Thank you for helping us make the 2026 STL Cure Sarcoma 6K Run/Walk another incredible year of honoring our warriors, remembering those we have lost, and raising critical funds for sarcoma research.

EARLY PACKET PICKUP

Location:

West Assembly of God
13431 N. Outer 40 Rd
Chesterfield, MO  63017

When:

October 10, 2026

 10:00 A.M.- 2:00 P.M.

Group Pickup AFTER 11:00 A.M.

Packet Pickup Information

We strongly encourage all participants to attend the scheduled Packet Pickup listed above. If you are unable to attend, you may have a designated team member, friend, or family member pick up your T-shirt and race packet for you.

Picking Up for 5 or More Participants?

Around September 25th, we will send an email requesting a list of names for anyone planning a bulk pickup of 5 or more participants. Providing this list in advance allows us to organize your packets together and have them ready for a faster, easier pickup. Group pickup will be available after 11:00 A.M.

Important: Check Your Race Bib!

Please check the back of each race bib to make sure it is given to the participant whose name is listed.

Each bib is assigned to a specific participant and is used to track race times and determine age-group winners. If participants accidentally switch bibs, their race results may be recorded under the wrong name.

Race Morning Pickup

If you are unable to attend the scheduled Packet Pickup, race packets may also be picked up on the morning of the event from:

7:30 a.m. – 9:15 a.m.

Race morning pickup closes 15 minutes before the event begins, so please plan to arrive with enough time to pick up your packet and get ready for the race.
